Sea Waves Sound Effects
The Rhythmic Sound of the Sea will Relax Your Mind and Clear Your Thoughts
The sea sounds are considered to be a “primordial sound.” Just like the waves breaking softly on a sandy beach, in a calm day. The sound is perceived by the human brain as a calming sound.
The human brain produces electrical waves as part of its normal functioning. Some are related to intense brain activity and others have more calming functions. The Beta waves relate to thinking, mind and body activity. They have frequency measured in the EEG at 14 to 30 Hz. The sea waves under calm conditions produce sounds between 0.05 to 16 Hz. This means that we probably vibrate in the same frequency as the sea.
Japanese scientists have studied the influences of the reproduction of wave sounds in functioning and mind activity of human body. They have concluded that the ultrasonic sounds that form part of the coastal waves have a positive effect on human brain waves.
