Eliminate processed meat products from your diet completely.
Type AB’s do not produce enough stomach acid to effectively digest animal protein, however, type AB’s need some animal protein, especially turkey, goat, lamb, mutton, and rabbit, instead of beef. Type AB’s should avoid chicken and stay completely away from processed meat products like ham, sausage, and meat snacks, which contain nitrates that promote stomach cancer in people with low levels of stomach acid.
Exclude the POISON meat and poultry completely. AVOID bacon, beef, buffalo, chicken, cornish hen, duck, goose, grouse, guinea hen, ham, horse, partridge, pork, quail, squab, squirrel, sweetbreads, turtle, veal, venison.
