Recommended Oils for Blood Type O

Oils can be an important source of nutrition and an aid to elimination. You will increase their value if you limit yourself to monounsaturated varieties, such as olive and linseed (flaxseed) oil. Use extra virgin when possible. (Oil becomes saturated if used for frying and reaches 150+ degrees.)
