Recommended Oils for Blood Type A
A tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil each day can be beneficial to your health and well-being.
Type A individuals need very little fat to function well, but a tablespoon of olive oil on salads or steamed vegetables daily will aid digestion. Monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFAs) found in all kinds of olive oil are considered a healthy fat. MUFAs may lower your total cholesterol, help normalize blood clotting, and benefit insulin levels and blood sugar control.
