Type A’s thrive on proteins found in them. Beans, peas, and lentils are among the most versatile and nutritious foods available. They are typically low-fat, high in fiber, folate, potassium, iron, and magnesium, contain beneficial fats, and soluble and insoluble fiber.
An essential ingredient in type A diet, tofu, is made from mashed soybeans, has low calories, relatively large amounts of protein, and little fat. It is high in iron and, depending on the coagulant used in manufacturing, may be high in calcium and/or magnesium. Buy organic, non-GMO tofu, as fresh as possible.
