Healthy Eating Plate

The Healthy Eating Plate was created by Harvard Health Publications and nutrition experts at the Harvard School of Public Health. It offers specific and right recommendations for following a healthy diet. In addition, it is based on the most up-to-date nutrition research, and it is not influenced by the food industry or agriculture policy.

  1. Save a quarter of your plate for whole grains.
  2. Put a healthy source of protein on one-quarter of your plate.
  3. Use healthy plant oils.
  4. Drink water, coffee, or tea.
  5. Stay active.
